Transplant watering needs?

Transplanting from solo cups into 3 gal pots tonight, what sort of watering should I give after the transplant, small amount, saturate entire medium?
The one I already transplanted I gave maybe a cups worth of water, was hesitant to go much more tonight, what do you say people?

I'd make sure the whole pot is moist.

^^ always moisten the medium in pot you move it into. Doesn't have to be a full blown flood, just enough to let the roots bond to it.
