I currently have a few plants in 1 gallon Growbags that I would like to transplant to 5 gallon growbags, what would be the best way to transplant so I would have little to no shock? Should I give it any nute before transplant or should i wait till after it's been transplanted?

Transplant to the exact same medium as in your 1gal bag to avoid shock. are you using soil?. You might not need nutrients for a bit as the soil may be sufficient enough for the plant. May be wrong though i'm new!

I just have been told to not water for two days, then transfer?
Also should I give it superthrive or Super Planet Tonic after the transplant?
My two plants I'm transfering from 1Gallon Growbags to 5 gallon I want to be my mother plants, they have ablittle yellowing on tips, if I nurse them back will I still be able to take clones from them? Will they be ok to use ?

If you're growing in soil, get your pot, fill it like half way up, get it wet, get your plant with it's root ball out of the old bag, put it on top of the wet dirt in the new bag, fill the empty space around the root ball, water again. Done.

Just how I do it, I never fuck up during transplanting, never have once.

I transplanted two, and there were rootbound one looks like complete Death and the other is hurting. I gave them both 1/4 superthrive and about a gallon of water each. I also gave the roots some water before I put it into the new pot with new soil. Is it ok to go from rapid rooters to 5 gallon pot? This transplant thing got me so discouraged, now that I have the two transplanted, when can I start giving it nutes and water??

Seems like the only thing you can do is wait till shes adjusted.
I usually flush before I transplant (wait till soil is moist, but wont crumble, about 2 days), then transplant, water with 2 tbl B-1 vitamins/gallon, then wait until the next watering and start off again with 1/4 dose nutes and myco. Just be patient and don't over water I guess..
