transplanted during first week of flowering thought it was root rot

so if u transplant during flowering and stunt the plant for about 4-5 days should u wait an extra week b4 harvest and will it effect yield

It may effect your yield. Just because a strain says it flowers in 8 weeks does not necessarily mean that it will be ready in your environment in 8 weeks. The plant is ready when it is ready. I have had 6-8 week strains go almost 10 weeks before chopping! But to answer your question, yes I think it will probably take an extra week or two due to shocking it with a transplant.
