transplanting bubble clones to pro-mix

I have been using bubble cloner for cloning with great results. Not so great results when transplanting them to my pro-mix. My questions are for anyone with experience with this method of transplanting.

1) How long should roots be before transplanting.
2) What success have you had with this type of transplant
3) Any tips and advice dealing with this type of transplant

I love to use the bubble cloner and want to continue to use it but need some help to greatly increase the success of transplant.

any help from knowledgable individuals would be greatly appreciated.
