transplanting clones

hey there, what is your nutrient base when you have clones in 1.5inch rockwool with roots? do you keep the mild nutrients for veg to water with. say use what your 1week nutrients for the vegitative growth or do you dilute this by half or 1/3? are you using ph around 5.8 for coco or soil? im transplanting to 4 inch cubes with 70% coco and 30% perlite. could use some advice, thanks
