transplanting clones

I recently cloned a few of my girls, just wanting to know about how long should i let the roots get on my girls before i transplant

soon as you see good roots it is safe to transplant -
just dont blast them with light until about a week after they settle in and they will take off real fast for you-
once the clone produces its own root system its hunting for food / nutrients , air and water.
give it a home

so i should transplant but not put them straight under the hid
would it be better to use my florescent grow light and let them sit under that for about 2 weeks

correct- that would be good lighting but after about 7 days they can handle hid-
