Transplanting Information Needed. 4-inch to 1-gallon.

Ok, so here is the rundown:
Three weeks ago I planted a newly sprouted Skunk#1 seed into a 4-inch terra cotta pot with a 50/50 mix of FFOF and LW. The seedling was originally germinated in a rockwool starter cube, before being placed in the soil a week later. The bottom 1/2 inch of the pot is lined with clay pellets, for better drainage, as does the top 1/2 inch layer of the pot. For the first 2 weeks the plant was given plain water, but the last week has been fed a mild dose of GH flora series nutrients.
Ok, so fast foward to today: transplanting.
How would you setup your 1-gallon pot?
FFOF/LW 50/50 mix? 2/3 mix? Straight FFOF?
Clay pellets at bottom/top? Newspaper in the bottom? No layering just soil?
Any information, and/or suggestions, is much appreciated. Thanks.
