Transplanting?

Hello, is it ok to transplant a plant that just sprouted? The reason I ask is because I have a couple of my plants in peat cups and i want to put them in plastic cups. The peat cups i think dry out to fast. Thanks

I'd wait a few days, maybe a week, untill they get a good root system going. If they're drying out too fast, cover the peat pots with plastic or something (but not air tight!).
