traveling to the dam... ? about warrants

Hey guys. Been a while. Myself and three friends are planning a trip across the pond. One of the mentioned friends has a misdemeanor warrant for absconding his probation. This warrant is from a different state than oregon. My question is will his warrant effect his passport or his getting in or out of usa? Any helps id appreciated. Id like him to come but ill leave his ass if i gotta lol

i think that the warrant can surely affect his getting a passport.. not 100% positive on it though... will google it in a second and see what i find...

Leave his ass for walkin around grown with a damn warrant! handle that shit lol!!!Id guess he would be fine but jus expect the worse when leavin the country and when you get back and u wont be surprised if somethin goes wrong. + YOU will B fine if nothin else lmao

i found a bunch of crap online about it, lol.. most people tend to agree, that when they run the name to get the passport, they're gonna find out about the warrant, and possibly arrest them on site when applying for the pp.. not sure how reliable that info is though...
maybe someone will chime in that has some more experience and shed some more light on the subject..

that is the other thing that people were saying that i read.. you maybe able to get out of the country with no problems, but getting back through customs maybe a different story altogether..

Lol. Thats what i told him. "Yeah dude. I know well be fine. Idk about u" but he didnt find it as funny. He doesnt grow just admires what i grow lol. I dont think he could pass the background check required to grow in oregon. Not sure. I know he wants to grow but again the warrant creates aloy of uncertainty for him. U say hes paranoid considering its misdemeanor but i guess i would be a bit so as well. Thanks for the help guts. Idk if im an idiot and worded things incorrectly or what but my google search gave nothing helpful so i turnes to the best place i could think of.
