Untrue. Common misconception is that trichome color changes the high. If that was the case strains would be the biggest gimmick ever thought up. Think of it like a banana. Green isn't ripe. That would be a clear trichome. A yellow banana is at it's peak ripeness. That would be a cloudy trichome. Brown is overripe. That would be an amber trichome.It's whatever high you want.
If it is indeed 80% cloudy that would give you a nice couch-lock with the window. Cant answer on the black jack as I have never smoked it. Cut off a small lower bud on the bottom of the plant and dry it for 15-20 min in a cfl and smoke it and see what it does. If you get the high you are looking for the top will be more potent.

CBN is not desirable in any harvest, since it not only represents a huge loss of potency but research into the substance has also shown that CBN does not produce a high like THC does, CBN produces a more sickly feeling not a true high.
With the above being said, wouldn't that mean that since I usually harvest with 20% amber that I should have a sickly feeling while smoking? Cause I never do. Or maybe I'm just used to it? Idk, either way, that's how I determine when I harvest since it gives me the best high. 80-20 for me.
