trimming question

hiye peeps,i got a auto northen lights 2 weeks flowering,i have been told i have to take off all the bottom branches so that the buds grow to the top,is this true and if so how much do i trim her,thanks

you don't have to trim the bottom branches, but if you do you should trim a little at a time.

some fan leaves from bottom you can trim it's ok

thanks blade,i didnt wanna trim them off as they look like there ganna get some nice buds on then,i wudda criet thinkin watta waste

so is it ok to take some big fan leaves off,i'm finding most the big fan leaves are covering the buds

i wouldnt trim an auto flower too much. 1 because they stay short and light penertration shouldnt be too much of an issue. 2. they dont produce as much as a reg plant so any budding site should be left on.
