i wouldn't know where to begin. i just had a mother i flowered that looked like half that. i ended up cutting off all but 5 or six branches. i used the cuttings for clones.

you have to trim off all the smaller lower branches. leave the big, thick, dense tops. these will turn to colas.
i usually let them flower about a week, then i remove any branches that have not kept up. your growth will then be focused on the larger buds.
