Are they trustworthy? The site says to wait 3 days for items to ship, its been well over a week and i havnt gotten an email saying its been shipped (my bong). The excuse they gave me was "we have yet to update our files" I also payed for the express shipping which they canceled...been 2 days since I asked them for my tracking number, which i never got and still dont have. What should I do? I cant call them because Im here in Cali and they're in Amsterdam
