TRUMP CONVICTED

The problem is elections happen every two years and this case might not be resolved until the next one is over. That will be 2 complete election cycles before justice is done and the public is informed about the crimes they committed before voting for them again. Ron Johson was reelected in 2022 after I saw enough evidence on TV to indict him over the fake electors, he committed an act in furtherance of a conspiracy FFS. Has Jack been investigating Wisconsin fake electors?

good question, figure the state AG would pick it up and run with it, like in Georgia........guess we wait..

Jack is really putting the squeeze on Trump's inner circle and wants answers, Boris here will probably do time for perjury and perhaps J6. He's been going through everybody from Pence on down and knows a lot already, these clowns have no idea who is cooperating or cutting a deal or who will in the future, they are all a bunch of cutthroats. Mark has yet to cut a deal and that comes after indictment and might include Georgia, Mark was conspiracy central and knows where all the bodies are buried.

Why has Rudy and others not been busted for crimes yet? The answer might be that Jack is building a very large conspiracy case and will indict them all as a group. This apparently is also the plan in Georgia, to indict a large group in a conspiracy and have a few rats plead guilty to the conspiracy and testify against the rest for a deal, it always works the same way. Conspiracy is a serious crime and carries heavy time and is often much easier to prove, thanks to rats with deals and there is other evidence too.

I think Jack is going for conspiracy over J6 and anybody who was party to it is at risk. That why nobody has been arrested yet, they will all be scooped up at once and indicted for a massive conspiracy. Conspiracy is easier to prove than most things, sweeps them all up and treats them all the same. Jack just needs a couple of them to rat for a deal and some receipts to make the case and there is serious time for conspiracy. That doesn't mean Jack can't also charge them for additional crimes, if you commit murder as part of a mob conspiracy, you would be charged with conspiracy and murder.

Rat for what? We all saw what trump speechified, and the ensuing riot he instigated/incited.
If he'd been a private citizen and incited that mob to attack, he'd been locked up that day!
Conspiracy and what you mentioned would be part of the mountain of evidence. The main points are, conspiracy is a much easier crime to prove than the individual crimes they might have committed. It carries serious prison time, life for most of this bunch and it can scoop up hundreds and every one of them is as guilty under the law as Trump himself. It encourages the underlings to cut a deal and when they cut a deal with the feds, they have to confess to their crime (conspiracy) and tell the prosecutors of any other crimes by others that they have knowledge of it is standard operating procedure for the feds. They just need a couple of them to plead guilty and finger the rest on the stand, Jack will have plenty of rats to choose from with this crowd, they are all a bunch of cutthroats. He has thousands of text, emails and documents too, they were arrogant lazy and stupid, many never knew the capitol would be breeched and that changed everything and exposed all the plots and schemes.

It's also why nobody has been arrested yet, in a massive conspiracy they will scoop them all at once and indict them all at once.

DA Bragg withdraws appeal; Pomerantz to testify about Trump probe; will expose Jim Jordan's game

24,971 views Apr 22, 2023 #TeamJustice
After an appellate court put a temporary stop to a judge's order directing Mark Pomerantz to testify about the New York criminal investigation of Donald Trump, District Attorney Alvin Bragg withdrew his appeal and negotiated favorable terms regarding Pomerantz's congressional testimony. Those terms include that Bragg's general counsel, Leslie Dubeck, will being present at the deposition to protect the integrity of Bragg's prosecution and ongoing investigations of Trump's New York State crimes.

This video discusses why Pomerantz, an experienced prosecutor who has handled organized crime cases and RICO cases, will run circles around Jim Jordan and his Republican cohorts on the House Judiciary Committee.

I think Jack is going to charge each and everyone of those mofos with a RICO/Insurrection case. RICO to grab all of them and then step by step with the insurrection so no Goeberts, Scott, Jordan or Epsteyn gets away. It will be devasting as it is a novel way of bringing them to justice. Trump's lawyers have already proven themselves fools. They will have no clue as to how to defend against what is coming.

I don't think she would have said anything if she didn't intend to follow through with indictments, not just for Trump, but the fake electors and there was another scheme that breeched voter data on Jan 7th over the senate runoff race and Trump was involved in that too and that makes the racketeering case apparently.

Jack is supposedly at Trumps inner circle and that means he is near the end for J6, at least for the first round of conspiracy indictments. Trump will be one among many defendants, all equally guilty under the law, even the nobody's who played minor roles.

I dunno where Jack is with the docs and obstruction cases, not much news for that, but as far as I know he's got that one wrapped up. There might be counterintelligence aspects to it too and perhaps an ongoing investigation about who saw what and especially if Trump was showing it off to impress other people. That would put him in the exact same boat as that young fool they just busted for leaking secret docs and who is being held in custody from the moment he was busted. It will be interesting to see his sentence and he never committed two counts of obstruction of justice, he will plead, and we won't have too long to wait. The sentences should be comparable for the documents alone and perhaps the treatment upon indictment.

Fox FIRES Tucker Carlson; DA Willis to announce charges in July/August: truth AND justice trending

7,321 views Apr 24, 2023 #TeamJustice
In a very good day for the American people, for the rule of law and for the truth, Fox News abruptly fired host Tucker Carlson. Indeed, Carlson's last words on his Friday broadcast were "We'll see you on Monday." Um . . .no you won't, Tucker. This firing is a triumph for truth over propaganda .

In a second blockbuster story, Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney Fani Willis issued a letter urging law enforcement authorities to prepare for the public reaction to her charging decisions, which will come in July or August. She noted in her letter that there have been times in recent history when certain populations have resorted to violence when they don't like a particular announcement or development - a not-so-subtle reference to Trump supporters attacking the US Capitol on January 6.

i didn't say she didn't intend to do anything...i said i was tired of waiting for it to happen. Maybe the shit in Georgia will happen before the 24 election, maybe it won't. I'm pretty confident there won't be any federal indictments till at least the spring of 25, but i would be happy to be wrong.
But it's all the same shit over and over again now...Ben Meiselas droning on for 5 times as long as anything should take, about shit that doesn't make any real difference. Michael Popok is better than meiselas, but it's still the same shit rehashed till it's all taters and no meat. Glenn Kirchner is starting to make me sad...I'm just losing interest in the whole thing, until something actually happens. trump and all his freedumb caucus assholes are guilty of enough shit to put a lot of them away. With all the time they are taking, there will be no excuse for not having things properly done and tied together.
I'll get excited again when that shit starts...maybe.

I'm just following events and commenting on them, the proud boy's trial is almost over after four months and is expected to go to the jury soon. We are all waiting for the other shoe to drop and Trump's indictment for the docs is like waiting for the second coming of Christ, no one knows when it will happen!

They all put out daily videos now that the plot is thickening and kind of act as public lawyers, giving people the blow by blow on some complicated legal concepts and matters. Some days like today the legal news is thin, just the Georgia announcement and Tucker getting fired. It was a slow news day but it's like being a soldier, long periods of boredom followed by short periods of intense excitement. I figure that's how it will be with this shit, when it rains it will pour.
