Your best bet is probably to watch a test video with someone that has a par meter. I'd check out coco for cannabis. They did a test on it and they make sure they dont go over 1000 Micromoles in the center and that's what you want.

That’s just the height for flower I guess if it’s 1000 par. I was checking if anyone has hanging heights for seedling Veg stages then flower stages

I use Mars Hydro TSW-2000 you would want to hang them 12 inches or 30 centimeters from the tops of the plants.

I'm at about 2' with my 2000, turned down to 50% but they just came out of a weaker light source so will turn up the power when they are hardened off a bit.

I have found the Mars Hydro LEDs to be very forgiving at multiple distances. Really I just move them in or out from the canopy depending on how the plants are responding. It becomes instinct after months of growing.

Yeah i wish i could be more help to you. Other then getting your own par meter and testing heights yourself, youre stuck with putting it at whatever height and adjusting based on plant response or getting numbers from someone whos tested it themselves.

I have a ts1000 and hung mine at 18 inches and turned it down to 40% while slowly turning it up, gauging plant response. Idk hopefully someone can come along with hands on experience, but if not i hope that helps.
