Two tone fluorescent new leaves?

Have grown for many years... Growing Bruce Banner #3, in Potting medium. Plants not stressed, other plants, Justin Bieber & California Purple no problems. Grow room well ventilated with fresh air. Started with hps for a week, then switched over to Mh 400 watt. Have a 50 watt reptile bulb about 4+ feet away & cfl also. Foliar feed twice daily miracle grow. Weak mix. Using bottled water. Temp between 80 day & 70 night. Humidity 42%. Have 2 open windows in room constantly letting in cool Colorado air. Any ideas? Haven't grown in "soil" in years lol. Aeroponic fan but limited $$$ right now.

Imo pots are way to small for those plants dude

Repotted this am, plants were very very stressed when I got them 2 weeks ago, roots were not rootbound yet. They smell awesome already. Keeping one as a mother, Nice to have a few Colorado plants :~}
