Um, what now?

So, I plan on veging for another 3 or 4 weeks. So what and when? Do, lollipop, defoliate or just keep her all natural? So much confusing information

I usually start with LST & clipping any branches that may be in the way if I can’t manipulate them to work into the potential canopy.
Prior to, and after the flip I keep manipulating branches to even the canopy out & defoliate down the center.

Depending on how much space you have. They will get a serious growth spurt in the first month or so after flipping.

If it was me, I would just do some LST for another ten days and flip in two weeks (give or take a day) But it does depend on the space you have.
