Under MMPR Pharmacy= Dispensary?

For the people who have done more research then I have on the MMPR. I notice there is room in the MMPR for pharmacists to pretty much buy in bulk and dispense to their patients am I wrong or do specific prescriptions have to be sent to the pharmacy for the specific MMPR patient?
If its the case that pharmacies can buy bulk amounts and dispense to patients can one not set up pharmacies just for marijuana that meet the minimum requirements for pharmacy regulations? Possibly even offer strains from more then one producer? One would just need to set up the building according to code and hire 2 pharmacists?
That really just depends on if the regulations allow for the producer to send bulk to a licensed pharmacist or just single prescriptions for pick up.

I read it that way too. It seemed to me that there was room for a Licenced Provider to buy stock from other licenced producers, and at the same time it looked to me like it was possible for a licenced producer to just sell wholesale to others, and not have to go through the hassle of setting up the whole patient management system.


If this is something you are interested in, I would think an email to Health Canada would clarify things.
