Uneven growth: how big of an issue?

Just wondering if anybody has experienced more growth on one side of the plant which I'm assuming is probably caused from some damage it suffered in the seedling stage. Just wondering if it would effect the harvest much?

Only from the canopy being slightly uneven and receiving less light on one side. LST will fix that
