unknown issues with gdp

Well hello y’all local growers smokers and midnight tokers! so i have a few plants in flower right now 21 days last week during the water change (DWC) i saw no flower growth on my gdp all other plants were amazing so i filed back the nutrients again and this week very slow growth compared to the other plants im at a loss roots are white temps are 70 during day 65 at night ppm 1100 gradually refused to 600 i can not get this for the life of me but im a firm believer of no plant left behind i added pictures of sleepy joe in the same cycle and far much more advanced hep please

70f is very low
1100ppm is high or very high depending on what scale ppm you are using.

i’m running general hydro nutrients with sweet and sticky from humboldt as well as flower stacker at recommended dosages with 12.75 of hydro guard? got the light at 100

Which gen. hydro nutes?
12.75 what of hydroguard?
Light at 100? Centimeters, inches, percent?
