well just got the girls to 7days after this first grow for me very happy so far any input trim advice would be great one is bushy and i bend one with string like yall said gave me a funky looking plant as u can see from pics

ya what i was thinking i have 4 other like the short fat one Yes the Other(s) is one plant bent over sideways so it has more what look like tops i guess but was getting to high was close to light had to do what i had to do

i tied the top of the plant down to the pot and let it do its thing now i got alot of other stuff acting like it is the top of the plant like new tops looks good will get pic 2marow

Funky looking plants maybe great tasting bud... i would not have a problem with that! keep us posted on what happened after tying down!

Here are some more updates my hand is mthe top of plant haha tell me how they look about 2 weeks in on the 12 12 cycle

Hey MMMsticky,

Dude the thing is that is depends on many factors.... however it mostly depends on height and your time...

Recommended minimum height in my opinion is 10-12" in order to get enough yield for the growth to even be worth it!!!
Second... if you don;t have the time then you can pretty much flower (switch to 12/12 lighting) any time you want!!! This will have an effect on your yield...
Small plants= small buds = not so happy grower :sad:
Big Plants= big buds= REally happy grower :-P
you have to remmerber that plants will double and in cases triple after you switch them to the flowering stage.... so could be your space constraint.... depending on your growroom limitations!!!

Thanks Bro ya i waited to flower most them till they were 18 inches think it was to much they are starting to becme enormus not sure what i am gonna do jusxt gonna let them grow fpr now the room i have is realy not that big but the plants are loving it steady tepm of 83 and they are just growing LIKE WEEDS yea yea ty all for the help i will keep u al posted on what they look like soon

Hey Sticky, i guess i misread that other question then... so i guess i wrote a bit of unnecessary info, but anyways! I guess for the question.. how long you should flower for?.... varies on the maturity of your plants and their own personal stage in flowering... It is recommended that in order to get the most potent MJ in your crop you should harvest a week after flower formation slows. In case that blooming is not that obvious to you, you can also determine harvest time by looking at the stigmas at the bud sites.... here you whould have 50-60% of all stigmas on each bud dried out before you harvest... I hope this helps!
