update from a little advice thread

So i took peoples advice, got a bigger pot ha.I was asked for an update in a few days because i wanted to kno peoples thought on my plants progress and if its male or female.
Heres recent pics.

and im having major trouble with, cant remember name, plant spiders, suck everything out of 1 cell at a time and leave yellow spots, little tiny black/brown bugs. any advice would be great, home made treatment would be good. thanks, Matt
