Urgent help! Are my plants ready to mate? Pictures..

Hey guys, so I have some lowryder #2's and Purple Jems (not sure which is which because my stupid friend mixed them up), i'd like to breed one plant to produce a bunch of seeds for next summer.

Anyways, I was planning on choppin down a male plant, throwing it in a garbage bag for a few days to dry out then shaking all the pollen off over a female plant. That would work right?

Another question I have is, do they look ready or is it too early or late or what? I think the male plants look good, but are the females ready? the hairs are still white sooo..

The pistils or "hairs" are your receptors for male pollen, every hair the is exposed to the pollen should start a baby seed inside the calyx or The "tear shaped thingy" that hold the hairs. shaking will work you may also use a q-tip and pollenate them yourself like a bumble bee LOL NOTE: your weed will greatly change in flavor and quality once it starts using its energy for seed production leaving you with mid's and the flavor of seed pods

Hey, before i shake the male plant over the female, do i need to cut it and store it in a garbage bag for 2 days so it dries and the pollen falls off?

nice, your male "flowers" when they are dropping pollen almost look like a bunch of bananas, or like your own hand and are Yellow, you'll be able to see pollen dropping from it visabley, the flowers themselves fall off as well. when you see alot of them you can do a little seed dance over your females or whatever you want, just remember that bees and other goofey bugs and animals do it by rubbing male polen onto female hairs ( usually with their ass' ) LOL

like i said you can recreate this by using a q-tip like a bumble bee bottom! HAHAHAAA

u will know it is ready when you shake the stem of the mature male and see yellow dusty pollen float off
