Urgent Question - combining fluorescent lighting and sunlight

i have a question that ive been trying to figure out the answer to for some time now, i would greatly appreciate any help anybody has for me.

ive had a little experience growing plants in the past but this season ive started my first dedicated attempt. i have 8 seedlings now about 2 weeks old that I have been growing 13.5 hours under 4 of those long fluorescent lights with a fan on them and 10.5 hours left in the day for them to rest.

I plan on moving them outdoor for the flowering stage but was wondering about combining indoor and outdoor for now as well.. i want to keep the same lighting schedule, but set aside some of the time under the light for the plants to get natural sunlight for a couple hours in the middle of the day when its nicest out.. i am hesitant to try this for fear of harming my seedlings but i want to provide the best lighting for my plants, take advantage of the resources i have available, and also hopefully be able to minimize the amount of time i have the lights on...

any advice would be greatly appreciated

if your able to keep em in the sun for more than 12 hrs. do it....... forget the lights use nature... keep it green.... why spend money on electricity

thats what im planning on doing; just for right now the weathers not really permitting... its just under 70 degrees out now and very sunny but this is the nicest day we've had in a while.. its still pretty cold at night and extremely rainy most the time. things wont be really nice out until about a month from now. do you think what im doing is fine or should i keep them only under lights for now?
