Urgent!!!

Hey guys, This was the best picture I could get.. I can't tell what this is. I have 3 Black rose and 3 Nothern Lights Blue. This one is the NL and I don't think this is spidermites. I tried spraying with soapy water every 4 days but it keeps getting worse. I'll try and take better pictures on wednesday if I can. Let me know what you come up with.

that seems to be some type of pest could be any variety of buggs scince your growin outdoors in an uncontrolled area
