I always thought that was a pretty dumb complaint to raise, so I don't know where it went.
I still can't get over the anger and angst raised by Bernie's babies when it was pointed out that Bernie's "Medicare for All" bill did not come with a cost or any means to pay for it. For that, we were supposed to give up the health care coverage that we already had and liked. And, dear reader, we were told to believe Bernie would beat Trump when he couldn't even garner a quarter of the votes from Democrats during the primary.
