using 50/50 coco coir/ perilite

Hi all this is my first time using coco coir and perilite, i was wondering what i should PH my hydro nutes/ RO for seedlings at? There are so many different conflicting answers.

coco acts as a soilless medium which functions similar to growing in hydro, 5.5-6.0 is a safe range for your ph in my opinion

It seems the general consensus is in the 5.6-6.1 range. I usually pH mine to 5.8 and haven't had any issues.
