Using a fan during 12/12

All - I have a grow about to start the flower cycle.

Do I leave my fan running during the dark phases of the 12/12 light schedule? Given the restrictions of my grow space I would prefer not to, but I am hoping for some advice.

Plant to this stage is very healthy with no problems thus far. Plant is in veg stage at the moment with a 20/4 light cycle with the fan currently on hour on hour off cycles.

Look forward to advice.

Thanks.

Leave your fan on 24/7. I have one rotating fan within the grow room. One box fan blowing air into the room. And one exhaust duct-fan pushing air out of the grow room. The exhaust fan is on like 70% of the day, while the other two fans are on all day. Don't have your fans blowing directly at your plants, you'll stress them and could face "wind burn". You want a strong breeze circulating through your plants at all times; strengthens the stems, airs out the leaves and buds; reduces chance of mold and pests; keeps humidity at safe levels; there's lots of good in your fans. I would not have the fan directly blowing on the plants during dark times, but still leave it on, definitely.
