Using both HPS & 250w CFL during flowering?

Ok guys,
i have a pretty good knowledge of growing,
but i never had a few noob questions cleared up.

I'm planning on using a 250w CFL for vegging, and a few 23w for side light,
I don't have a huge budget, but enough.
I was wondering if it would be ok to use a 250-400w HPS light,
and also use the 250w CFL for added watts to grow larger bud
(supposivly more watts more bud) at the same time during the flowering?

Would this be bad for them or what?

Also, how much is a 250w HPS going to blow up my electric bill monthly?

Off-topic question too,
What type of sparkling water do i use for proper c02 spraying?

Thanks in advance guys,
Much love,
.Phaze

PD,yes its fine to use both, just keep temps in check.A 250wt light it'nt going to cost you jack to run.It takes 4 hours to use just 1 kilowatt using a 250wt light. Most rates are between.07cents-.13 cents per kilowatt.so a 12hour day will use only 3kilowatts per day;at .09cents per kilowatt thats .27/day or $16.20 per 60 days.Forgive me if my math is off its early.Forget about the co2 from water, just have fresh air in there.Good luck &Stay Safe!!

Sick,
thanks a lot man.
Its been buggin' the hell outta me:wall:

And yea,
i did some research after i posted [stoner moment]
turns out a nice 400w HPS is only going to run me $22 a month more.
So I think I'm going for that, as well as a few smaller CFL's for side light
I think the key to a nice bushy plant is light from all angles.
Can't hurt right? :blsmoke:
