Using Miracle grow

Ok guys ive did some researching decided to start a new proj with miracle Gro MG for a bluberry marijuana plant but im using a new recipe for thiz creation these are my ingrediets

MG- Tomato food Fertilizer 18-21-18
MG- Flower Bloomer 10-52-10
MG- Potting Mix
MG- Perlite
2 Gallons of Poland Spring

And finally using the 400 HPS do you think these ingrediats will work?

If you had the money for a 400 watt HPS, why not go with better nutes and soil?
