Using nutrients in soil

Hey guys can anyone tell me at what stage of veg do you start using nutrient's in Soil????
I’m only at seedling stage and never grown in soil under lights before! Has anyone got any suggestions or tips it would be much appreciated

Sounds like you didn't research too much before you jumped right in. Going to be a minute before you feed, why not educate while you wait?

What type of soil? How big of a container?
Also kinda hard to tel from the pic but ur soil looks really wet like muddy and compacted.
