Vacation - Watering solutions??

Going out of town for a week and was wondering how some of you keep watering your plants while out. I'm running an Aerogarden set up and they are in mid flowering stage, so real thirsty.

Any ideas?

I've seen a few people say those glass water bulb things are actually pretty effective.
I have no personal experience with them with mj, but I have used them on regular house plants in the past without complaint.

Hi -- I was wondering if anyone has used these glass globes with the aerogarden and what kind of experience they had with them. I'm in mid-flowering stage with 2 females (7-pod) and going away for 5 days. Right now, filling reservoir to the very top, once every 48 hrs at the very least. I would be grateful for any input. Thanks,

Kind of the reason why I chose the particular system that I did (ebb and flow) was the fact that I'm frequently out of town for 4-5 days at a time. My last trip was 4 days and the reservoir's that I had were big enough for the extended absence; only thing was the ppm's were a wee high when I came back but didn't seem to effect the plants noticeably.

Just setup a float valve with a large reservoir of RO water, or a low PPM nute solution.
I've been gone for an 11 day vacation through mid flower and I came back and plants
looked pretty good for the most part. The nute solution was very low as I simply used RO
water in a 20g reservoir, but they were alive and not burnt at all, just a wee bit hungry.

this in my opinion would be the best advice i could give, its cheap to make and easy, i myself will be doing this in the near future, not like im gone allot but if i have to go just set it up quick and leave.
