Vacuum Sealing

Couldn't I just vacuum seal my pot instead of curing it? I don't see how it could get moldy if all the oxygen was out of it? Just a question because I don't have time to cure my plants this time around.

It's too much moisture that will cause mold. The air is what prevents the mold. That's why you burp your jars every day for a while, until there isn't enough moisture left in the buds to mold if sealed. If I were you and I didn't have time to cure, I'd just let em get really dry. It won't be as good, but it will be fine.

so you think even after the stems are easy to snap and then vacuum seal them it would still be a bad idea?

You can vacuum seal pot. Vacuum sealing removes all the air and without air, mould cannot grow. When you remove it from the vacuum sealed bag it will be just like it was when you put it in there - freshly harvested, if that was the case. This does not cure it however, it merely preserves it. For long term storage, it's ideal.
