vape pen help

I was given this pen vaporizer as a freebie from the local smoke shop owner. it's my first pen.

It worked once then the LED stays on with the battery charging icon. It's not connected to the charger it's just sitting in the box. When I throw it all together the light goes out and the unit shuts down. I can turn it back on but it wont get hot. I can turn it off and disassemble and the LED comes back on with the charging icon. Any ideas?

I cannot even find that on google. If you can, best bet, is get one of the well rated ones in hightimes ... http://www.hightimes.com/read/high-times-vaporizer-pen-buyers-guide .... I use the Pax.

I never encountered this problem but i would try taking the battery out and/or buy a new battery, if that doesn't work you might be using it wrong try setting the temp higher.

make sure the threads are aligned and screw it into charger, and leave it charged till the light changes from red to green
