I have to travel on a long train ride with no smoking allowed. Will a portable vaporizer eliminate all the smell. Or if anyone has any different ideas, it would be appreciated.

The smell will still be there whether it is vaped or smoked traditionally. Your best bet is to either learn to go without for a few hours, get high before you board, or possibly carry a small air freshener with you and sneak a few hits in the bathroom onboard.
