Veg Plants showing some symptoms again, HELP!

My veggies are showing some symptoms. They are under 2 600W HPS(at 75% power) along with 2 90W LEDs and a 135W LED. I have them on an 18/6 light cycle right now. Because of heat issues, the LEDs turn on at 6pm and off at 12pm, while the HPS turns on at 9pm and off at 11am). I'm thinking I might have over fed them with the epsom salts? Been watering them about ~little over a cup per plant(they're in 1 gal pots) and mid level nuts with 1 tsp of epsom salts per gallon. I use a 100% organic nutrient line and have been PHing the water at around 6.0 (5.8-6.2, just as the feed chart says) and have been giving them mid level veg nutes. Temps have been 65-80F. with humidity of 35-60%.

Most of them just have the really rigid leaves that are kind of folding up like tacos, while a few have yellow/browning leaves towards the bottom.

Let me know what you think. Thanks

In soil, Ph should be about 6.5. You did not post pics of the whole plants, but they may be root bound. 1gal is a small pot. 1 cup seems like not much water.

Are there drain holes in those buckets? Water until you get some runoff. Then let it dry pretty well between feedings.

What soil are you using? If well nuted, you may not be needing to add any more.

When I see leaves like that I think high heat but u said ur temps are normal. So really without more info I'm stuck at a loss for ideas. If I could see the whole plant it would help. I will tell u ur not giving them too much Mg. I'll stop back.
