Veg stage growth issue on amateur grow!!! Thoughts appreciated!

Hey folks! I have a grow I've been doing since late August, so about a month, maybe a month and a half. So I would say about 5 weeks at this point. They are in 2 gallon pots with fox farm ocean soil. I have done one feeding of fox farm big bloom about 2 weeks ago, and watered normally once since then. Im using 6 6500k floodlight bulbs supplemented by two or three 5000k bulbs that I had spare. I keep a fan on in the closet they are in. I have 4 plants pictured, three are bagseed i found, and one is a seed of a different strain that I was told was feminized (im just gonna say its different bagseed) . They have been doing alright. My best looking plant (the shorter) is the supposed feminized, and its looking beautiful. Short and closely bunched together, just fldoing nicely. The other three are tall and sort of bare, all the same strain. They are badly drooping despite watering when necessary. I use the finger method in place the tip of my finger maybe ½ inch into the soil and if it comes out damp I leave it. My question then, would be if water is not the issue, what might be causing such significant drooped? Any thoughts? Any steps I might be able to take to fix this? I appreciate all advice, even if you just want to tell me why they'll never be good.

How long have they been in 2 gallon containers? They appear a little rootbound. I am on week 5 and I’m on my 4th container (16oz, 1 gallon, 2 gallon, then 5 gallon).

Are they baking in there? Do you have an exhaust fan

I don't have an exhaust fan no, I keep them in my closet with a standard decent sized desk fan blowing in their general direction and the door is opened frequently when the lights are on as I like to look at them. Heat may be an issue though I will take that into consideration thank you! As for the time for the 2 gallons I would say it has been about 3 weeks. I bought one 5 gallon black bucket to transplant my most sickly looking one into and sort of experiment to see if thats the problem. Ill do that today. Truth be told I don't want really huge plants as im doing a small scale grow, but im willing to give it a shot. I like the idea of moving straight into the next grow after this one so ill certainly have another opportunity to try again. If they are rootbound, but I dont want to transfer to larger pots, is there a solution to the drooping? Would i have to manually trim the roots to allow for new growth? Has anyone had some experience that they'd be willing to share in this area?

Initial thoughts are lack of transpiration due to lack of air movement. Are they shaking in the wind?

They shake in the wind. I suppose I could point the fan directly at them. The space is aerated fairly sufficiently though. The input is appreciated though!

When did you last water the whole pot?

4 days ago on the 21st until runoff, no nutes that round

How much water per pot? pot size?

Is that coco or soil?

I think you need constant air exchange. Even if its sealed for a bit its not great.

Hows your ph? Are they too dry?

They are in 2 gallon pots and I go until runoff which usually tends to be about ½ a gallon give or take. I water once the soil feels dry about an inch deep, sometimes ill also gauge based on how heavy the pot is if I cant quite tell.

Well they aren't exactly sealed its a kind of closet with a fair amount of space between doors and such but im now thinking of a way to better circulate im sure you're onto at least a bit of my issue here. They are getting a bit worse in terms of droopage, at least the three taller ones pictured are. I recall having grown this strain previously and I had a similar issue. If they flower in spires it'll definitely be the same thing. I just wish I could figure out how to solve this issue with droopage. I feel like I'm just watching them wilt. Idk how many more lights I can put in so im not sure thats the problem.

Whats your temps?

Drooping like this to me indicates either...
Overwatering
Slow transpiration... either lack of air movement or too cold.

With lights like that you might want it up at 27c
