vent, closet climate questions

Here is what I'm thinking so far for a 5.5 x 7 closet

Mylar stapled or spray adhered to walls
2 Advanced Platinum P9-XML2
GH 8 bucket

I'm basically thinking I can start off like this with a few small clip fans, odds and ends...

how soon do i need to be looking at ventilation? I'm under the impression I can worry about ventilation after a month or two as i go into flower?

Climate wise it gets hot and humid outdoors, and cold for a month or so in the winter. insulation isn't great in the home, so with the closet door closed, I could open it and there is a different temp. i have specifically noticed it will be warmer or humid when i open the closet door while the rest of the house is ac'd nicely. i keep household temps at 71-73 typically. but that's just outside the closet.

there is a piece of plywood nailed as an entrance to an attic. i figured to cut a 6" hole there, use a 6"x18" phresh filter and 6" hyperfan ducting hanging inside sending air out of the space? do i have concerns venting into an attic? my thought was putting some kind of mesh or something at the hole so nothing crawls inside... then the ducting, fan and filter.

my other question is the importance of an intake.

if mandatory I figured I would just have to cut a small hole, maybe a 4" from closet to bedroom. and what would i do for a filter and fan in that case. I'll cut a 6" if it's really needed, but only if needed for what I'm wanting to do. will a second hole in that plywood door in the ceiling with a fan and filter there work instead? i'd prefer that but i think of the air coming from the attic hitting the filter, would the filter handle it? also the out being right next to it. and would the air be clean enough coming in? I smoke regularly indoors, so does that play into selection if the intake fan/filter if it's going to the bedroom?

I'm considering putting up these pretty cheap 96% reflective insulation pad things i saw at lowes inside the closet, looked really easy. i wasn't sure if those would work but looked like a similar maybe even lesser cost compared with buying mylar and putting that up.

am i going to end up needed a more specific way to control temperature and humdity? well i need something to chill the water as well?

my main goal here, with practice, is growing beautiful 25%+thc buds like I've seen in shops
