Ventilation pros i need your help

I am in the process of planning my first grow rooms. I will be using two 8x8x8 rooms, one for flower and one for veg, clones will be kept in the closet. i intend to use metal halides for my mother room and two 600w hps systems in my flower room. summer is coming up and temperatures will reach 110 degrees+ outside.

I have no idea how to set up ventilation (fresh air in, hot stale air out). Can I please have some feedback towards some ideas on how to properly ventilate these rooms?

what types of fans and ducting do i need? where do i buy such (budget friendly methods please) and how do i install?

in a nutshell i need a ventilation for dummies explanation. thank you and all the best to you my friends!

I'm no pro, but I have a 4x8 room and when I put in 1000w mh I had to bring in a portable a/c. Also if you gre cool tubes for lights it helps a lot and you can get lights close as hell to plants without burning them. You'll need some inline fans ($35 on amazon with free shipping) pumping air through tubes. Are you using CO2? I don't have a clue if so. If not I hear that you want atleast 1/2 the intake into room as your outgoing vent. I suck intake from a climate controlled room and pump outside with outgoing. Every setup is different though. Remember that common sense goes a long way. Best of luck!

Take hot air out of the room from the ceiling and bring cold air in from the bottom of the room. With that kind of space and lighting you are probably going to need some sort of portable a/c. If not, then you will need to vent your lights outside of the room as well as pull hot air out of your room and have somewhere that you cn pull cooled air from into your rooms. Fans and sizing will all depend on your room layout.
