Venting air into the attic?

I have 3 tents inside a room. Each tent has an exhaust fan venting the air into the room. I want to put a stand alone carbon filter with a fan that has ducting going into my ceiling, which is the attic instead of out the window. Is there any downsides to this?

The only thing I can think of is humidity, but I live in Vegas where there is very very low humidity inside my room, so I won't be venting humid air into my attic that may cause mold or whatever. I have humidifiers inside my tent but once it's vented out, it's pretty much gone, and the room is cooled with AC so that dehumidifies the room air as well.

I vented into attic in my former home. I pointed my exhaust hose towards one of the attic vents and it worked great. Never smelled anything outside the home.

the way I see it, if they are venting into your room now and the humidity isn't a problem, I don't think it would be a problem in the attic
