vinegar was stored in barrel, can i clean it out and use for res???

So i have this blue i think 55 gallon barrel that i wanna use. But it stinks like vinigar, is it safe to scrub it out and use as a resivoir?

btw i use rockwool. i dont know if it matters?

it should be, just give it a good scrubbing and rinsing. I used a old rubbermaid trash can filled with trash and other nasties and cleaned it out with some water and hydrogen peroxide and use it as my resevoir, well a water storage container but same difference and haven't had any issues
