Water flow hydro

looking for peoples opinions/ideas on a new way I can evenly distribute water over roots in my system .

I have a large vertical hydro system where water runs down pvc pipes that are stud vertically like in the picture below. Can’t get photos as the plants hide all the pipes atm

Previously I have used a rain bird 360 rotary sprinkler head on each pipe.

I have moved the plants closer to the lights now and I plan to put the plants in and leave them to grow in a sog. I won’t have access to plants until harvest as they are tight together vertically.

The rain bird sprinkler heads tend to get clogged and plants wilt which isn’t ideal even if I could get to the heads to clean them. I have tried putting filter bags around the pumps and even doubling up the filter bags. But due to bennies in the res( I won’t go sterile I prefer bennies) eventually the rain birds always clog no matter what I do.

So I’ve been thinking of ideas to make it so water doesn’t just fall down in one tiny stream such as adding a tee which I’ve tried but still only creates too small streams of water which doesn’t adequately cover roots.

Each row of 9 tubes have a 6000 lph pump on Each side of the tubes pumping a total of 12000 lph between them.

Anyone got any bright stoner ideas?

I’ve even though of clipping a plastic cup under the water flow with decent sized holes around it so they don’t clog but to spill water all directions but not sure that will work well

Cheers
