Watering coco and feeding routine

Hey everybody question about coco.
Been told not to let it dry out and to water one day and feed the next.
My pots are 10Ls and the plants are only small so they dont drink a lot so the coco is always wet if i follow that watering schedule.
Do i just give small amounts of water each time or do you water till the water drains out bottom.

Not sure who told you to water then feed, that's bad info.

Feed every time.
Water until runoff.

Now you can let it dry if you want, that would be treating it like soil and you're opening yourself up to salt build up and lock out once you hit flower and you're also not getting the full benefit of the coco.

So water once ir multiple times a day, until run off, with nutrients every time at a ph of 5.8-6.2
