Hi

What would u recommend the watering intervals for a flood and drain system that the water level reaches about 1 inch up the pots when watering. my medium is a mixture of expanded clay about 35% charcoal about 20% perlite about 35% and 10% mixture of river sand and vermiculite.
The plants are only about 4 inches tall and the pots are about 4" round by 5" tall. and im not using any rockwool cubes either.

Thanks

Well, I'd say that you will have roots that are 1 inch deep. Are your pots only 2 inches deep?

When you flood, the nutrient solution should fill at least 2/3 of the pots, and, until the plants have roots extending, flood all the way up to the rooting cube.
