Watering issue

Hi all currently have an outlaws seeds merry berry at week 6 of veg, she is in a 20l pot with allmix soil and using living soil dry amendments. Running 2 Mars ts1000 in a 1.2mx1.2mx2m tent. Temps are 26-28°c lights on and 22-23°c during lights out. Problem is, is she looks thirsty and feels dry, so I water her and straight away she starts drooping. She perks back up after a few hours. Am I watering too much? Not enough? She's having approx 3l every 3-4 days

Sounds like roots aren't too happy.
Maybe water less more often

Is there anything I can do at this stage of roots aren't happy, she is in her final pot now

Those two before pics are looking slightly overwatered. Almost a gallon of water every 3-4 days in veg seems a little excessive. Try backing off to once a week.

Just don't keep the medium too wet or too dry.

She droops like the first too pics straight after watering and then perks up. I'll try backing off and see how she reacts

If they droop when you water, they didn't need water..

Would they not stay droopy for more then an hour or so if it was overwatering. Sorry for the dumb question

This is her today, she will look like this for 2/3 days after watering and then start to wilt slightly. That's when I then give water. Also pot feels light at that point

I think you're letting it dry too much.. Water before it show signs of needing water..

I think some strains do it more than others but i think its a case of not enough aeration in soil.
This would happen every watering in promix bx when i didnt add more perlite; no matter how dry.
Id suggest watering slowly, a little at a time and fully saturate that way; No runoff.
So basically trying to not oversaturate your dense soil.
Bad case of over saturating can leave plants droopy for days.
