Watering ? Lighting ?

freshly planted seeds in cups 2 seeds per cup how often should i give them water and how much per cup also im running my lights 20/4 isw this good for them to start out and any lighting times after they surface would be helpful

Hey mate, 20/4 is fine for now and even when they sprout, i use 18/6 for veging but thats just personal preferance, what light a you using? If its a hps or mh then be careful not to have it too close otherwise you can fry the little seedlings when they sprout. As for watering... Its hard to say, depends on many things. In general when still that young i Water when the top of the soil looks dry, when there a bit older i wait for about top 2-3 inch feel really dry then water. Have a good read of the stickies on general forum and newbie forum, loads of Good info there! I am not sure if the above is the correct way its just how i do it btw, theres many differentnideas on whats best for growing. Good luck with the grow

veg lighting is usualy personal pref..i run mine 24h , some folks like 18/6 and anything in between will work. Water em when the cup dries out or yul have some problems and it also promotes better root growth, and dont give em any nutrients for a couple few weeks until they ask for em. gl with the grow

Just my 2 cents here but i would not have 2 seeds in one cup , you might get rootbound pretty quick

also when its time to transplant them your gonna tear the hell out the roots trying to separate them .

thats just my opinion though ,

i water until it comes out the drain holes then i give it a few days to let it dry up then i water again .

also i like to start out at 18/6 , you can do 20/4 ( no problem )

the plant wont have as much rest time imo and it will probably keep it shorter .

im looking for shorter and ill post pic up here in a bit

the 3 rd one is the only one that has poked through so far and i started them saturday the light with the water is to keep the humidity up idk if it works tho any pointers on how to keep humidity up also this is a stealth grow so this space is limited is this a good setup or what should i change any pointers >????
