watering once every two weeks from seed?

I plan to germinate my seed and then plant in direct sunlight. I will water it as soon as I put the germinated seed in the ground, then come back in two weeks and water again. Will my plant need water more frequently than once ever two weeks or can she get by?

yes, it will need more watering than once every two weeks.... if you wanted to pull this off, you would start them inside (as i've already said) and put them out when they were at least 6in... with some soil ammendments they may be able to go 2weeks;... what you are trying to do right now is just setting yourself up for failure.:-(

What I'm trying to do right now is find out if two weeks is to long where I can make adjustments. I told you I cant grow inside. If I could, I would.

my bad, didnt recall you saying you cant grow inside....

alright, well lets take a different approach... surely there has to be somewhere you could start them in small pots... somewhere you could check on them everyday?? that would increase your odds a good bit... grow them like that until they are 6-8in and then transplant to their final home.

still yet, i think two weeks is pushing it... unless you have a proven system for it... i would go with once a week until the plants get matured.... once the root system gets established very well, you may be able to cut back to only visiting every 2wks.... hell, we have water at about 1ft down everywhere you dig down here;-)...

did this help any??
