I'm having trouble with rain at the moment...can't collect much rainwater, my friend lives near a freshwater river and I'm wondering if its safe to water my plants with? Fish/Crayfish/Clams/Beavers n shit live in the water and they're not dieing...so it doesn't seem poluted, anything else I should worry about when considering river water?

Yeah, I'd say that if the PH is okay, and it's good enough for fish to live in,lol it'll work for your plants. It's probably better than distilled water, with it having those extra minerals dissolved in it.
