Wats wrong with my plant

So I received a seedling from someone in a tiny shot glass That had random dirt from outside . So I transplanted it into a cup(the only thing I had at the moment with ffof and a little perlite but during the transplant I accidentally pulled it out . Managed to save it but the first leaves died off. It’s growing good it’s 1 1/2 weeks old but I noticed some discoloration is this plant ok . I’m also thinking it might be because I misted the plant and left it in the sun. Is there anything wrong with this plant?

get some better soil and some nutrients

It’s in fox farm ocean forest and I have all my equipment I have other seedlings going in a 3x3 tent under an hlg 300 v2 rspec at 1/2 strength and 30 inches from top. Do u think it’s nutrient deficiency I have ,but haven’t used yet foxfarm trio line and beastisbloomz trio with cal mag , mammoth p and recharge . Should I transplant again or give some recharge

The fucked up thing is I’m going on vacation for a week tomorrow . I’m gonna have someone come the middle of next week to check and water the plants but I’m wondering if I should transplant to bigger pot then go

in soil dont feed it until the bottom leaves start getting yellow, it looks happy and maybe the spots disappear... just water when the pot is light (very light), and give it plenty of light...

just water the mourning you leave... I water my new veg plants for the first time then not before 2 weeks have passed. put some mulch on top to shield against evaporation.

also, blumats are nice for holidays

Plants are fine my dude. just a little hot from the ffof. Soon they will be bushy and deep green.
