I'm asking this question mainly about Envirolite Lamps, but lets start with a HDS Lamp of 400w
So as i understand it it takes and users 400w of power. Watts is a measure of power used the HDS takes and uses 400w simple.
So a envirolite lamp of 200w i'm reading takes 90 Watts how does that work ???
Watts is a measure of power used ? so how can 90 watts of power give you 200w i don't get it maybe someone will explain it clearer for me.
